Please use the following guidelines to send the component for repair to us:

1. Wrap the unit in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture and loose Styrofoam.
2. Place the wrapped unit in a box with plenty of Styrofoam peanuts or sheets.
3. Add at least 2 inches of Styrofoam peanuts or sheets at each side of the unit, including the top and bottom, to prevent it from moving around during transport.
4. Ensure that all delicate parts are protected against continuous shaking during transport.
5. Remember that parcel companies will not accept claims where the box is intact, even if the unit is completely destroyed inside.

Shake the box to be sure the unit is held tight inside, otherwise add more peanuts.

We will use the same packing material and box to send the component back to you.
