Please use the following instructions to send the component for repair to us: Wrap the unit in a plastic bag, then place it with a lot of Styrofoam into a box, it will need at least 2 inches of Styrofoam in peanuts or sheets at each side of the unit including the top and bottom, be sure to protect all delicate parts against the continuous shaking during the transport, remember the parcel company will not accept claims where the box is intact, even if the unit is complete destroyed inside. Shake the box to be sure the unit is held tight inside, otherwise add more peanuts. We will use the same packing material and box to send the component back to you.
